Integrity High Standard (I H S) Towers Employs Oyinlola

The Integrity High Standard (I H S)  tower, the Nigeria based largest mobile infrastructure company, providers of mobile telecommunications infrastructure services in Africa, Europe and the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Ayotade Oyinlola as the new Global Head of Human Resources.
Oyinlola will be responsible for overseeing the management of IHS’s expanding talent pool, reporting directly to the CEO. Nigeria-born and raised, will brings over 20 years of combined HR and telecoms industry experience to IHS towers service.
Issam Darwish, Executive Vice Chairman & Group CEO of IHS, said: “Onyinlola is an exceptionally talented HR professional, who has gained extensive and diverse experience in the telecoms sector. He will be a real asset to the senior leadership team as we continue to expand and embark on our ambitious growth plans for the future.”
Oyinlola most recently served as Millicom Services UK’s Head of HR for Africa and Europe, overseeing operations throughout Africa as well as the corporate offices in London, Luxembourg and Sweden. He has focused on driving international and African talent acquisition and development at various executive and operational levels. Previously, he was Ericsson’s West Africa HR Director and the Sub-Sahara Africa Director for Learning and Development. Oyinlola has also held senior positions at Shell Petroleum, Bristow Helicopters, Atlasco Technologies and Resourcery Limited.
He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical & Computer Engineering) from the Federal University of Technology, Minna; an Executive MBA (Strategy, Human & Organizational Behaviour and Strategic HR) from the Lagos Business School; a diploma in Entrepreneurship from the IESE Business School, Barcelona; Executive Leadership Development diplomas from Harvard Business School and the Wharton Business School; a Leadership and Public Policy diploma from the Harvard Kennedy School; a certificate in Strategic Human Resources from University of Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labour relations, and a Talent Management diploma from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Oyinlola is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers in Nigeria.
