In a statement, organisers expressed gratitude to both local and diaspora communities, calling the outpouring of love “truly humbling.”

They also clarified that all branded items — from hoodies and school bags to cars and houses — are not for sale. Instead, they serve as symbolic creations to promote the Igala Nation and showcase its heritage to the world.

“This is not business — it’s about identity and unity,” the statement read.

The message ended with prayers for blessings, prosperity, and continued strength for the Igala people, reaffirming the slogan: “Together, we rise. Together, we shine.”
