The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website, set to become operational on Monday, December 2, 2024. Accessible at www.cbn.gov.ng, the revamped platform promises a host of improvements designed to enhance user experience and provide broader access to the Bank’s resources and mandate.
In a statement, Mrs. Hakama Sidi Ali, Acting Director of Corporate Communications at the CBN, explained that the redesigned website includes a wealth of new content and features. “The redesigned website introduces a variety of new content, encompassing a broader spectrum of information regarding the Bank’s mandate. Additionally, the website is responsive to mobile devices, ensuring seamless navigation across various web browsers and devices,” she said.
Mrs. Ali emphasized that feedback from the public played a pivotal role in shaping the redesign, expressing gratitude for the valuable input received. She noted that the CBN remains committed to continuously improving the website to foster better communication with stakeholders.
