The recognition highlights her relentless dedication to empowering underprivileged children across Africa through education.
A Legacy of Educational Transformation
Osuntuyi’s leadership at the Dolly Children Foundation has touched the lives of nearly 23,000 children across 29 communities in four Nigerian states. Her foundation spearheads impactful initiatives, including scholarship programs, literacy clubs, free summer camps, and teacher empowerment programs, all aimed at closing educational gaps. Through strategic collaborations with community leaders and policymakers, the foundation has significantly improved school infrastructure and provided learning materials to thousands of out-of-school children.

Speaking on the award, Osuntuyi expressed deep gratitude:

Osuntuyi holds a degree in Botany from Lagos State University and a Master’s in Child Health & Social Care from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. A fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative, she has earned multiple accolades for her contributions to education and community development.
