The 6th Sub-Saharan Africa International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (SAIPEC), hosted by the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN) in 2022, remains a landmark event in shaping Africa’s oil, gas, and energy future. The vision of SAIPEC was not just about convening stakeholders but about creating an ecosystem where indigenous African players take the lead in transforming the continent’s energy landscape.
