In a resounding testament to its financial strength and commitment to sustainable development, the United Capital Infrastructure Fund (UCIF) has disbursed a total of N1.98 billion in dividends to unitholders for the year ended 2024. This milestone reaffirms UCIF’s role as a key driver of infrastructure financing across Nigeria and Africa.

Reflecting on the fund’s performance, UCIF paid an interim distribution of N769 million for H1 2024, followed by N1.21 billion for H2 2024, bringing the total annual distribution to N1.98 billion. This payout structure, comprising both accrued principal and interest, underscores UCIF’s unwavering commitment to delivering strong returns while facilitating critical infrastructure investments.

The fund’s impressive gross return of 23.08%, coupled with a 150% revenue surge from N791 million in 2023 to N1.9 billion in 2024, highlights the attractiveness of UCIF as a reliable and profitable investment vehicle. Beyond financial success, the fund continues to channel resources into transformative sectors such as renewable energy, recycling, power, agriculture, and telecoms, reinforcing its mission to drive long-term economic growth.
