 The Leadway Group has reinforced its dedication to women’s empowerment by celebrating the first anniversary of Hersurred, its pioneering women’s community. Since its launch in 2024, Hersurred has provided women with critical tools, resources, and networks to support their personal and professional growth.

Under the anniversary theme “Here for Her,” the event honoured the achievements of women while fostering mentorship, information sharing, and action-driven initiatives to close gender gaps.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the 2025 Hersurred anniversary showcased Leadway Group’s unwavering commitment to inclusion and gender equity. 2. Roundtable Discussion: “Beyond the Manifesto: Turning Advocacy into Action”
   • Panelists included:
