Structured HQ Legal (SHQ) has issued a strong public warning against any transactions related to the Hampton Harbour landed property, cautioning buyers, sellers, and investors of potential legal and financial risks.
The disputed property, spanning 19.5 hectares, is situated on Elegushi Royal Family Land in Ikate Ancient City, Eti Osa Local Government Area, Lagos State. With reference number 376/376/2777GC, the land is legally owned by Baggeren International Company and is currently under legal scrutiny.
In an official statement, SHQ stressed that any unauthorized buying, selling, leasing, or letting of the property is highly risky, as transactions conducted without proper authorization may result in substantial financial losses and serious legal consequences.
The firm further warned that individuals or entities who proceed with dealings on Hampton Harbour without due verification could face legal action, including criminal and civil liability for trespass or fraud.
To safeguard against potential disputes, SHQ strongly advises the public to exercise due diligence before engaging in any property-related transactions concerning Hampton Harbour. Prospective investors and stakeholders must obtain formal confirmation from SHQ Legal or Baggeren International Company Limited to avoid financial pitfalls and legal repercussions.
