MTN Nigeria has reinforced its commitment to Nigeria’s digital future with a ₦3 billion cumulative investment in the Federal Government’s 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme.

In the report excerpts from Dr Bosun Tijani, NCC boss Twitter handling saying The programme, launched to develop a new generation of skilled digital professionals, is a flagship initiative aimed at making Nigeria a net exporter of technical talent. Since its inception, 3MTT has provided thousands of young Nigerians across the country with access to critical digital skills training.

MTN, one of the earliest and most consistent private sector backers of the initiative, has been instrumental in scaling the programme and expanding opportunities for digital inclusion.

According to the report, while speaking on the partnership, a government official emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration with the private sector in driving digital transformation.

“Public-private partnerships like this are key to building a future-ready workforce. MTN’s support demonstrates what’s possible when corporate organizations align with national development goals,” the official said.
