The virtual session, which begins at 9:00 AM WAT, will explore the theme: “Unlocking Trading Opportunities on NGX Amidst Fundamental Shift in Global Macroeconomic & Uncertainties.”
According to a statement by the firm on Friday, the Q3 edition of the long-running Master Class will feature leading voices in Nigeria’s capital market, offering practical insights on navigating risks and leveraging emerging trends on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).
Among the keynote speakers is Alhaji Garba Kurfi, a seasoned economist and CEO of APT Securities & Funds Limited. Kurfi will address “A Macro View of the Nigerian Stock Market & How to Navigate It,” offering context on economic indicators and their implications for equities.
Joining him is Mr. Abdul-Rasheed Momoh, Executive Director of Operations at TRW Stockbroking Limited, who will take participants through the session titled “It’s All in the Charts – Trading Profitability with Price Action & Other Technical Tools.” Momoh, a respected technical analyst, is expected to highlight how market trends and patterns can be interpreted for improved trading outcomes.
Also speaking is Mr. Peter Sunday Adebola, Managing Director of Edgefield Capital Management Limited, who will present on “The Power of Reliable Dividend & Earnings Amid Portfolio Realignments,” focusing on stock selection during economic transitions.
Mr. Ambrose Omordion, Chief Research Officer at Investdata, will round off the session with two key discussions: “The Power of the Volume Factor in Trends” and “Five Stocks to Ride on at the NGX Pullback.”
Omordion described the Master Class as a strategic platform for investors seeking to integrate technical and fundamental analysis into their decision-making.
