Africa’s education sector will once again take center stage as the second edition of the EduFuture Conference 2025 holds on July 10, 2025, at Vibranium Valley, Ikeja, Lagos. The conference, which begins at 10 AM, will bring together top policymakers, technology innovators, educators, investors, and community leaders to explore new pathways for transforming learning across the continent.
Convened by Adedolapo Osuntuyi, Founder of Dolly Children Foundation, this year’s gathering is themed “Innovating for Equity: Rethinking Education for a Changing World.” The conference aims to address the urgent need for policy reform, digital learning solutions, and community-driven initiatives that will ensure inclusive and equitable education systems in Africa.
Delivering the keynote address is Dr. Adétọlá Ariyíkẹ́ Salau, Special Adviser on Education, Policy Formulation, and Human Capital Development to the Kwara State Governor. Dr. Salau is expected to outline practical strategies for achieving sustainable education reforms that will prepare African learners for the evolving global economy.
The sessions will be moderated by Ngunan Gertrude Fwaodo, a Project Manager, Analyst, and Educator, who will steer conversations on critical themes including education policy and governance, EdTech and digital learning, social impact and entrepreneurship, future of work and 21st-century skills, and grassroots innovation.
