Beyond human capacity development, the NCAT Chief Executive commended Mr. Keyamo for his commitment to reforms aimed at improving safety, security and regulatory efficiency in the aviation sector. He described the Minister as a reform-oriented leader whose approach has helped to align Nigeria’s aviation industry with international best practices, thereby boosting stakeholder confidence at home and abroad.
