Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SAHCO) has announced a 155.45% surge in profit after tax for the half-year ended June 30, 2025, reflecting strong revenue growth and operational efficiency.
The company reported unaudited revenue of ₦21.06 billion, a 74% increase from ₦12.11 billion recorded in the same period last year. SAHCO attributed the boost to higher demand for ground handling services, expanded operations across Nigerian airports, and key strategic partnerships.
SAHCO’s profit after tax rose significantly, backed by workforce development, infrastructure upgrades, and strict compliance with industry regulations. The company said these efforts improved efficiency and service delivery across its operations.
“This outstanding performance reflects the dedication of our team, the loyalty of our clients, and our strategic focus on sustainable growth,” said Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, Chairman of SAHCO Plc. “As the aviation sector continues to rebound, SAHCO is well-positioned to build on this momentum and deliver even greater value.”
Head of Corporate Communications, Mrs. Adetola Vanessa Uansohia, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to service excellence, technology investment, and network expansion to solidify SAHCO’s leadership in the aviation logistics space.
SAHCO is one of Nigeria’s leading aviation ground handling companies, operating across all commercially serviced airports in the country. Its services include passenger and ramp handling, cargo and warehousing, premium lounge operations, and aviation support for both domestic and international airlines.
