“Our dream has always been to make air travel between African countries easier, safer, and more affordable. This expansion into Ghana marks a critical step toward building an interconnected African airspace, starting with one of the busiest routes in West Africa,”
he said in a pre-launch briefing.

The Abuja–Accra and Lagos–Accra routes are among the most in-demand regional corridors in West Africa, serving thousands of business travelers, government officials, students, and tourists every month. Aviation analyst Captain John Adegbite emphasized that the development is timely:

The move also supports the broader economic agenda of the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, which has repeatedly encouraged indigenous carriers to explore regional and continental routes as a way of reducing dependence on foreign airlines and conserving foreign exchange earnings.
Operational Readiness and Passenger Experience
As November 10 approaches, sources within the airline confirm that crew training, route familiarization, and safety audits have been completed. The inaugural flights will reportedly feature simultaneous ceremonies at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, and the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, with attendance from aviation regulators, diplomats, business leaders, and media partners.
