The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has launched a comprehensive review of its Policy and Procedure Manual for Regional Offices (PPMRO), marking a key step toward enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across its nationwide offices.
The inaugural meeting of the review committee took place on 5th February 2026 at the NCAA Headquarters in Abuja. It was chaired by Dr. (Mrs.) Anastasia Gbem, Director of Human Resources and Administration (DHR&A), and brought together senior staff and key stakeholders from across the Authority.
Dr. Gbem highlighted the importance of the review, stressing that a standardized and updated manual is essential to guide staff operations, ensure uniform policy implementation, and strengthen compliance with aviation regulations. She added that the review is part of NCAA’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and the continuous improvement of services at regional levels.

This initiative demonstrates NCAA’s proactive approach to maintaining high standards in Nigeria’s civil aviation sector and ensuring that its regional offices operate efficiently while meeting regulatory and safety requirements.
